your outlet by one of our experienced video assessors. They use the latest
recording techniques and equipment to film your staff in everyday situations.
The results are fed back to our clients in a
variety of formats. Some clients like to view the footage on a DVD, and others
prefer to log in to our secure website and view the video through our new video
streaming facility. All video surveys have the option of an accompanying
detailed written individual and summary report.

body language, and write high impact, innovative and effective role play and
forum theatre training based on the evidence gained.
All our video surveys are quality checked. We look for
excellent picture and sound quality, picture framing, adherence to shopper
briefs and reporting. If we are not happy with the quality, we will redo the
assignment at no extra charge to the client.
There
